Please note: Do not include an application fee with your application.  After reviewing your application for completeness and assurance of meeting the leasing/rental criteria, you will be sent an email link for a criminal and background check. At that point the application fee of $40 per applicant can be paid online with a debit or credit card to the company that provides us with a confidential background report.
